We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. If you love interacting with people, have a flair for sales, and enjoy working in a team-oriented environment -- we want to meet you!
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Greet and assist customers with a friendly attitude
Recommend ECCO products based on customer needs
Link-sell and up-sell to maximize sales
Educate customers on product usage and care (especially leather care!)
Handle after-sales service and customer feedback
Maintain stock accuracy and assist with inventory tasks
Support visual merchandising and store cleanliness
Work closely with your team to create a positive store experience
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Preferably 2 years of retail or sales experience
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
