Responsibilities:
We are looking for a friendly, out-going, customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. You will be responsible for delivering a positive shopping experience, assisting customers with product selection, and supporting daily store operations to meet sales targets.
Greet and assist customers in a warm, professional manner
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
Achieve store sales targets
Handle cashiering duties, including POS transactions and cash handling
Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
Assist with stock receiving, replenishment, and inventory checks
Support promotions, campaigns, and peak period operations
Handle customer feedback and basic after-sales queries professionally
Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards
Requirements
Proficiency in English
Prior retail or customer service experience preferred (fashion retail is a plus)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
Team player with a sense of responsibility and reliability
Comfortable with standing for long hours
Friendly, helpful, confident, and engaging personality
A strong advocate for the Love and Bravery brand

Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month
