Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

Managing of the retail showroom sales which includes but not limited to-Hosting of walk-in customers and those by appointments
Handling of enquiries, sales and showroom's order fulfilments
Managing of company's Carousell account which includes but not limited to-Listing of products
Handling of enquiries, sales and order fulfilments
Initiate leads to drive traffic to showroom to increase showroom sales
Handling of the retail showroom operations which includes but not limited to-Receiving and processing new stock, replenishment, returns, damages and transfers, as well as support all stock take exercise
Unpacking and sorting out of products
Simple visual merchandising of products and retail space
Assisting in processing of products onto ecommerce platform
Any other ad-hoc duties

Pre-Requisites:

5 day work-week (weekends included)
Prior luxury retail sales experience will be preferred
Understanding of luxury fashion is key
Has a keen interest in fashion and trends
Customer service-oriented
Pleasant disposition
Singaporean and Singapore PRs only
Able to speak fluently in English. Additional language capabilities will be favourably considered
Able to start immediately
