Roles & Responsibilities Firestone Bakery specialises in high-quality Artisan Sourdoughs and Viennoiseries made from all natural and premium ingredients using traditional methods. We bake in small batches, focusing on quality over quantity. Currently, we're a small team of passionate individuals that love food and love creating new unique baked products. We're looking for passionate and hardworking Retail Sales Associates to join and expand our team!
Experienced candidates will be considered for more senior roles (Managerial/Supervisor).
Job Scope:

• Handle inventory management, housekeeping and merchandising
• Assist in managing monthly inventory
• Keeping the selling floor stocked with merchandise, assisting in display of merchandise or organizing the selling floor and stock areas
• Perform excellent customer service and selling skills
• Must also be able to deal with customer courteously and professionally
• Must be able to perform in a fast paced, busy environment with attention to details
• Process phone and online orders
• Arrange the daily orders to ensure all orders have been placed

(Managerial/Supervisor)

• Managing work schedule for all retail staffs and assist in handling disciplinary matters (lateness, tardiness, and performance issues)
• Must be able to train and groom junior team members to required standards and guide them to eventually take on bigger roles
• Managing store inventory including purchasing of retail merchandises and liaising with suppliers and consignors
• Be responsible for processing orders from online platforms
• Be able analyse sales data and to provide recommendation in line with business direction

Requirements:

• Experience in F&B, Hospitality preferred but others are also welcomed to apply
• Basic computer literacy, Microsoft Office skills and operating POS (training for POS will be provided)
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays (44 hour work week)
• Possess pleasant personality and is a great team player
• Willingness to learn and be able to work indepedently
• Has the drive and desire to grow both professionally and personally
• Possess the passion for providing hospitality and ensuring customer satisfaction
