We aim to provide high quality and safe products for our customers' child at an affordable price.With a wide selection of baby gears, we seek to provide the best customer experience by fostering connection in all customer interactions through product education, and accurately recommending based on their needs.ResponsibilitiesManage daily store operationsDeliver exceptional customer experience including managing customer enquiriesCollect and share customer feedback and insights during team meetings for analysis, planning and improvementBe constantly updated in products knowledge to recommend customer based on their requirementsEnsure all product and promotional information are displayed properlyMaintain store cleanliness by executing daily housekeeping dutiesTake ownership by demonstrating creative flair for visual merchandising to ensure optimal presentation to customersAssist with ad-hoc duties assignedRequirementsAble to work in fast pace retail environmentAble to work on weekends and preferably public holidaysWillingness to learnTeam player with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skillsBenefitsBasic medical insurance coverageAttractive team commission packageQualification and ExperienceMinimum GCE O level/DiplomaFluent in both spoken and basic written EnglishExperience in a retail environment is desirable1 year experience in frontline customer services is an added advantagePrevious experience with POS is an added advantageJob Type: Permanent, NO WORK PASS NEEDED ONLY.Salary: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per monthJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $1,800.00 - $2,500.00 per monthBenefits:
