Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and meet set sales targets.
- Assist customers with sales inquiries in person.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about the products.
- Develop and apply product knowledge to make recommendations that meet customers\' needs.
- Achieve the assigned sales target for the retail outlet.
- Monitor the run rate of stocks and forecast for stock replenishment.
- Prepare quotations, order confirmations, and other related documentation as needed.
- A strong track record in retail sales
- Work well in a team environment
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
