Job Description
The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.Responsibilities:
- Able to motivate and lead the sales team.
- Good sense of communication. Able to build and maintain strong relationships with sales team and customer.
- Able to work in full autonomy and yet able to follow the direction and strategy of the management.
- Good fashion sense and keeping up to date with current trends.
- Good knowledge of retail business.
- Able to train promoters and improve the visual merchandising.
- Understand the market, competitors and brand environment.
- At least 2 years of managerial exposure.
- Experience in retail operations, liaising with warehouse, merchandising, etc.
- Able to work shifts hours/weekends/public holiday.
- Customer service oriented.
- Handling in-bound sales enquiries
- Processing sales order
- Manage negotiations with customers
- Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
- Work with internal and external partners
- Salary offered will be based on individuals' experiences and qualifications. Range is $3000-$4000. Only SG Citizens to Apply.
