Maintains a cheerful and lively disposition at all times in store
Greeting customers when they walk through the door
Building rapport through conversations
Educating customers on our multi label brands and provide recommendations
Meeting monthly sales target
Arranging for delivery or pick-up of the customer's order if needed
Informing customers of any extra charges or discounts if necessary
Inviting the customer to join the loyalty program
Assisting in maintaining the back stock room and setting up merchandise displays on the sales floor
Keep the sales floor area clean and organized at all times
Basic salary with commission payable
