Develop and apply product knowledge to make recommendations, proposals, and quotations for customers\' needs
Very proactive in handling sales enquiries by replying and follow up closely enquiries received via WhatsApp, e-mail or phone calls and process the sales orders using the Company POS
Sensitive to stock level and prepare stock forecast for the upcoming Purchase Order
Achieve monthly sales target as set by the Company
Manage and maintain showroom overall positive image. Ensure cleanliness of showroom at all times
Develop and maintain good customer relationship and database
Manage own sales/ team sales and after sales service. Handle complain and claims cases that raised by the customers
Other duties as assigned by the superior
Uncapped Commission based on sales
Working Hour : 10.00am to 7.00pm
Working Location : Orchard/Marina Square
High intent pre-qualified leads of customers

Partnerships with most sought-after furniture brands, E.g. IKEA, Crate & Barrel, Soul & Tables, Courts, etc.
Responsibilities :
Meet new clients, and understand their requirements in detail
Required to attend customer walk-ins.
Handled projects end-to-end - sales, design and execution.
Requirements :
Good knowledge and experience in sales of quality furniture
Bilingual (English and Chinese) & possess good communication and interpersonal skills
Punctuality and approachable personality
Have a minimum of one year of relevant interior design experience / Formal design education.
Ability to communicate thoughts and ideas effectively.
