KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- To provide customers with professional advice on spectacles / Frame / Hearing ads.
- To be responsible for the daily shop operations and retail sales.
- Ensure customer service levels and department standards are consistently achieved.
- Ensure new initiatives are successfully implemented in your area and all customers complaints are resolved.
- Assisting Opticians with customers\' administrative work.
- Provide after sales service to all customers.
- Be able to work during weekends as well as Public holidays.
