Roles & Responsibilities
  • Attend to customer enquiry or orders via phone calls and messenger
  • Sales order and tax invoice processing
  • Support the sales department with other administrative tasks
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Knowledge of MS office (Word and Excel)
  • Ability to work independently and a good team player
  • Excellent customer service and communication Skill
  • Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone and email
  • Willingness to learn new things
