We carry a wide range of natural and certified organic skincare, aromatherapy, natural wellness health supplements, certified organic cotton kids clothing, natural beverages, natural personal care and oral care products in Singapore, Indonesia and Vietnam exclusively. Our channel distribution includes cosmetics retail brand shops and multi-brand shops, ecommerce e-stores, department stores, supermarkets, pharmacies and specialised retailers. We handle brand management of natural beauty, lifestyle and F&B industries.



Main Responsibilities:

• To provide information such as the unique selling points and features and benefits to customers and assist them in their shopping needs
• To communicate promotions and to address customers\xe2\x80\x99 queries and feedback.
• To perform the physical count of merchandise inventory and to inform the Supervisor of any discrepancies, defective, broken or markdown items.
• To manage the replenishment, transfer or return of merchandises
• To conduct routine checks on merchandise displays and arrangement, fixtures and sales area.
• To perform other duties like requisition of signage, gift-wrapping, follow-up on alterations, repairs, reservations, deliveries etc.
• Handle cashiering duties.
• Any other duties which may be assigned by your immediate supervisor/manager from time to time.

Requirements:

Minimum Primary Level in any field.

Prior experience in retail sales will be an advantage.

Able to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays.
