Job Description
As a Boutique/Sales Associate, you\xe2\x80\x99ll play a critical role in establishing MUS.za\xe2\x80\x99s brand and sales strategy to reach our target customers. This is a hybrid role requiring both customer service and sales experience, and a passion for luxury.
You will be responsible for:
- Promote and upsell products to customers in-store
- Develop sales/marketing strategy to drive sales and customer traffic in-store
- Follow up with all online and in-store customer enquiries
- Build customer loyalty through active client development, profiling and follow-ups
- Manage accurate record of stocks
- Perform opening and end of day store duties
- Visual merchandising
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience in luxury retail sales
- Prior exposure in luxury goods such as timepiece, fashion or jewellery is preferred
- Good English written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in Chinese
- Strong communication & customer service skills and comfortable to build rappport with clients
- Reliable with strong sense of responsibility plus problem solving ability
- Proficient in computer literacy, good PC skills such as MS Office and retail POS system
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision and guidance
- Team player with ability to perform in fast pace environment
- 5 Work Week
- Able to commit to retail hours including weekends and public holidays
- Location: Raffles Hotel (City Hall)
- Basic + Commission
