Job Responsibilities:

Assist in product sourcing to meet customers\xe2\x80\x99 demands
Solicit new walk-in customers from all possible channels and maintain existing customers\xe2\x80\x99 satisfaction level
Manage and promote the retail center to achieve profitability objectives
Improve the service standards and customers\xe2\x80\x99 experiences at the retail center
Supervise the operations of the workshop to ensure its smooth running
Responsible to control costs and upkeep the image of the retail center
Recommend and execute effective marketing and promotion program to generate customer awareness and sales
