Decathlon is present in Singapore since 2013 with the first store in Bedok district in 2016. Our missions to make sports accessible to the masses and satisfy customers have resonated well in Singapore, resulting in the rapid expansion of the company. Currently we have 6 "Experience" stores and 9 "Click & Collect" stores in Singapore. We are in search of talent who are sport-passionate and those who relish the challenge of thinking outside the box and breaking new barriers in retailing experience and omni-channel operations.
Your Role:
As a Retail Sport Specialist your role is to ensure all customers leave our stores 'satisfied or satisfied'. From a friendly and professional welcome through to a unique online and offline retail experience. You will enjoy sharing your passion in sports with our customers. Your role is to always deliver a 5-star experience for our customers.
Your Responsibilities:

• I satisfy my customers by providing sincere advice and quality services to meet their sporting needs
• I take care of my family of products by maintaining an appealing layout to attract customers to return
• I maintain an efficient store by ensuring our customers can access and checkout our products seamlessly
• I ensure the availability of products through the reliability of my stock and accurate reception of goods
• I assure the safety of my teammates and customers at my work place
• I share my sport passion and positive energy with my customers
• I take initiative for my own training and development
• I am a team player with like-minded teammates in the store, practising sports and celebrating victories together

• Able to play as part of the team during the busiest times (weekends and holidays)

• Able to commit minimum of 20 hours per week (schedule/shift basis)
