Our missions to make sports accessible to the masses and satisfy customers have resonated well in Singapore, resulting in the rapid expansion of the company. Currently we have 6 "Experience" stores and 9 "Click & Collect" stores in Singapore. We are in search of talent who are sport-passionate and those who relish the challenge of thinking outside the box and breaking new barriers in retailing experience and omni-channel operations.As a Retail Sport Specialist your role is to ensure all customers leave our stores 'satisfied or satisfied'. From a friendly and professional welcome through to a unique online and offline retail experience. You will enjoy sharing your passion in sports with our customers. Your role is to always deliver a 5-star experience for our customers.Requirements

• I satisfy my customers by providing sincere advice and quality services to meet their sporting needs
• I take care of my family of products by maintaining an appealing layout to attract customers to return
• I maintain an efficient store by ensuring our customers can access and checkout our products seamlessly
• I ensure the availability of products through the reliability of my stock and accurate reception of goods
• I assure the safety of my teammates and customers at my work place
• I share my sport passion and positive energy with my customers
• I take initiative for my own training and development
• I am a team player with like-minded teammates in the store, practicing sports and celebrating victories together
