Position:Retail Manager
Working Hours: Retail Hours
Working Days: 5.5 days (including weekend & PH)
Salary Range:$3,000 -$4,000 + Allowance +AWS+VB
Working Location: Comfortable to travel around (we have 21 stores located island-wide)

• Responsible for the management of 5-7 stores, supervising a workforce of 10-15 staffs
• Analyze sales and store performance for growth opportunities.
• Develop action plans for sales enhancement and staff optimization.
• \xe2\x81\xa0Ensure top-tier operational standards in stores.
• \xe2\x81\xa0Manage communication for inventory needs and operational standards.
• \xe2\x81\xa0Maintain visual merchandising standards and foster a customer-centric service culture.
• \xe2\x81\xa0Train retail teams, coach , and develop high-performing teams.
• \xe2\x81\xa0Drive employee engagement and talent development.
• \xe2\x81\xa0Oversee administrative procedures, support manpower requirements, and assist with ad hoc projects.

Job Requirements:

• A minimum 5 years of managerial experience in the retail industry.
