Strong understanding and Hands-on Experience in Java, SQL, AWS/Cloud, Knowledge on Inventory Management and Order Fulfilment.

Should involve in Incident & Service Request Management, Problem & Change Management, Root Cause Analysis.
Service now & ITIL process Knowledge is required.
Should participate actively in team meetings discussions and be proactive in communication.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are must
Job Responsibilities:
Technical POC for respective Geo.
Strong understanding of Retail production support activities - Incident Management, Service Request, Problem Management is mandatory
Experience in Customer Facing role is mandatory.
Should be able to lead 6+ member team from remote location and co-ordinate the work between customers and offshore resources. Prioritize issues raised and resolve it accordingly. Coordinate escalation and resolution of major service issues
Should have experience working on offshore/onsite model and should communicate efficiently across the team
Good communication skills.
Collaborate with management to improve and customize reports related to production support.
Discuss all production support aspects with application development management
