warehouse that was the size of a modern-day conference room.

As of today, little by little, Lenskart has served 40 Million people across the globe - helping them see better and lead better quality lives. Simultaneously, we\'ve also built ourselves up to be Asia\'s largest eyewear company. We have 10,000+ Lenskartians worldwide, more than 1500

Omni channel stores across 175 cities in India, Singapore and Dubai and cut to 2022 - we are shipping a pair of eyewear every 2.5 seconds, from the world\'s most automated eyewear factory!

In 2022, Lenskart partnered with Owndays and took a majority stake in the Japanese-owned eyewear player that has a deep presence in Asia. With this partnership, we have added an additional 400 stores and extended our reach to 13 countries.

About the team

In our endeavor to ensure ongoing retail footprint expansion we are looking for a dynamic and motivated Retail/Store Project Manager to join our Retail Store Roll Out and Maintenance Project team. You will be playing an important role in project managing of new store roll-out / construction and maintenance of existing stores in Singapore and Southeast Asia. This role will be based in Singapore reporting to the General Manager - International Projects.

What your responsibilities will be

• Support the development projects of Lenskart\'s retail store network, ensuring projects are delivered within agreed cost, duration, and quality.
• Coordinate the project through all phases: from kick-off, project feasibility analysis, layout, and zoning development, approval process through various stakeholders, up to final opening and contractor / vendor invoice verification
• Manage the processes and communication between internal stakeholders and external vendors, suppliers and agencies.
• Lead post-project analysis, identify opportunities for continual process improvement.
• Reporting to management on project progress
• Provide strategic support to business development efforts, including lease management, site evaluation and market research etc.
• Ensure operational efficiency by optimizing workflows, streamline processes, and improve the overall efficiency of store expansion initiatives.
• Other process coordination including but not limited to store insurance renewals, payment processes, raising purchase orders, etc.

• Diploma/Bachelor\'s degree in Interior design, Civil Engineering or related disciplines
• 3-5 years of experience in Retail project management or store development
• Knowledge in interior fit-out furniture design and builders works for retail and commercial space
• Ability to read design drawings, technical blueprints and shop drawings
• Hands on Knowledge of Electricals and contacts with contractors especially for petty maintenance jobs in existing stores
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
• Good team player with a strong sense of responsibility
• Experience in Singapore market is a must

• Six Sigma, Lean, or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a bonus
