Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily retail operations, stock levels, product displays, and merchandising in accordance with brand standards. Ensure smooth execution of in-store promotions and seasonal campaigns. Monitor KPIs including sales targets, shrinkage, and staff productivity. Lead, train, and motivate a team of retail staff to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets. Schedule staff rosters, manage attendance, and ensure proper shift coverage. Conduct performance reviews and identify areas for development. Ensure a high standard of customer service and manage customer feedback and complaints professionally. Implement initiatives to enhance the overall shopping experience. Oversee stock control, replenishment, and stocktake activities. Ensure compliance with SOPs, health and safety regulations, and company policies. Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams for smooth product flow.

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma / Degree in

Business, Retail Management

, or related fields.

At least 2-3 years of supervisory experience

in the

FMCG or retail industry

, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills. Operationally sound, with good knowledge of retail processes, merchandising, and inventory control.
