Job Description
Your Role:
We are looking for a Retail Supervisor / Assistant Retail Supervisor to promote our products to potential customers, provide good customer services, and perform cashiering duties.
What Will You Do:
- Cashiering duties
- Opening and closing of the store
- Organize and display products neatly on shelves
- Perform stock-take and stock replenishment timely
- Daily housekeeping to keep the store clean and tidy
- Manage point-of-sale processes
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Keep up to date with product information
- Accurately describe product features and benefits
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- Any other duties assigned by your superior
- Must have at least a Diploma or above
- At least 2 years of experience in Retail
- Individual must be passionate in retail industry
- Self-motivated individual to achieve sales target
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Friendly, organized and a good team player
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Must be comfortable to work 5 days a week including weekends
