Provide personalized assistance to customers, guiding them in product selection Drive sales by engaging with customers, employing suggestive selling techniques, and sharing in-depth product knowledge Welcome customers warmly, ensuring a positive and inviting atmosphere Address customer queries promptly and professionally, ensuring their needs are met effectively Deliver exceptional service standards to maintain high customer satisfaction. Assist in receiving and stocking merchandise, ensuring accurate inventory levels. Utilize Photoshop and editing skills to assist customers with their editing needs, providing expert guidance. Lead and manage the outlet, ensuring a smooth and effective workflow.

Job Requirements

Able to communicate in English Able to work on weekends (Saturday only) 1 year experience in Retail Assistant Basic knowledge and a keen interest in photography and digital Imaging will be advantageous Highly customer and service-oriented with a strong passion for retail operations Can work independently
