Key Responsibilities:
Lead & support retail staff daily
Train new team members & develop skills
Provide top-notch customer service
Manage store opening/closing & maintain standards
Monitor stock & coordinate with inventory team
Handle customer complaints professionally
Support Store Manager to hit sales targets
?Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's in retail/business a plus)
Retail experience; supervisory experience preferred
Strong leadership & communication skills
Customer-focused, proactive & organized
Flexible for weekends & public holidays
Familiar with EPOS systems & retail software
Benefits:
Up to $3,000/month + Supervisor Commission

Working Hours:
Full-Time
AMK : 5-Day (11:00 AM-9:00 PM, 2-hr break) / 6-Day option available
Bedok: 5-Day (8:30 AM-5:30 PM, 1-hr break) / 6-Day option available
Part-Time
$10/hour, $12/hour on public holidays
Minimum 3 days/week
