Responsibilities:

Responsible for day-to-day operations according to the Company\xe2\x80\x99s SOP
Provide excellent customer service and good sales performance
Liaise with Buyer and warehouse on inventory replenishment / movement
Daily email checking and sales update
Sound knowledge of brands and products through regularly updates oneself with latest product knowledge
Motivate and drive sales to meet sales targets
Cashiering, bank deposits and submit reconciliation reports to Account dept
Regular and timely visual merchandising and housekeeping
Roster planning and leave planning.
Responsible for new staff orientation and training/coaching
Ensure the relationship with clients is of top-notch service
Implement proper visual merchandising both in the window and booth displays

Requirements:

Passion for Luxury Retail will be advantageous
3 years of retail sales industry
Customer service oriented, planning skills and leadership
Able to commit to retails shift hours (Between 6.00am to 1am, including weekend and Public Holiday)
Good interpersonal and communication skills
English is a must
