Job Description
- Min 2 years experienced in supervisory operations in the retail industry
- Role opened in various department, Branded, Ladies Fashions, Toy and Cosmetic
- Salary range up to $3500
- AWS + Variable bonus + Medical & Staff Benefit
- Manage all daily operational duties
- Oversee the work of retail staff, including sales associates, cashiers, and other support personnel. Assign tasks, provide guidance, and ensure effective teamwork.
- Team leader, providing training of new staff
- Experience in retail operations, liaising with suppliers, merchandising, etc.
- Assisting the department manager in developing new merchandise concept and subsequent promotion and marketing of the product
- Min "O" level with 2-3 years of retail operations management experience or equivalent
- Experience in retail operations, liaising with suppliers, merchandising, etc.
- Good interpersonal skills and lively personality
- Applicants must be comfortable to work shift hours.
- 5 days work week including weekends and PH
- Retail hours, 0930 - 1830 & 1240 - 2140, 2 shift 8 hours per day
- Working location: Orchard
