Job Description

• Min 2 years experienced in supervisory operations in the retail industry
• Role opened in various department, Children / Toy
• Salary range up to $3600+Allowance
• AWS + Variable bonus + Medical & Staff Benefit

Responsibilities

• Manage all daily operational duties
• Oversee the work of retail staff, including sales associates, cashiers, and other support personnel. Assign tasks, provide guidance, and ensure effective teamwork.
• Team leader, providing training of new staff
• Experience in retail operations, liaising with suppliers etc.
• Assisting the department manager in developing new merchandise concept and subsequent promotion and marketing of the product

Requirement

• Min "O" level with 2-3 years of retail operations management experience or equivalent
• Experience in retail operations, liaising with suppliers, Staff etc.
• Good interpersonal skills and lively personality
• Applicants must be comfortable to work shift hours.

Other information:

• 5 days work week including weekends and PH
• Retail hours, 0930 - 1830 & 1240 - 2140, 2 shift 8 hours per day
• Working location: Orchard
