We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Retail Supervisor to lead our store team and ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
Supervise and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service.
Customer Experience:
Enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring a welcoming store environment, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving any issues promptly.
Sales Management:
Monitor and drive sales performance, manage inventory levels, and ensure effective merchandising to maximize revenue.
Training & Development:
Develop a deep understanding of Hysses products, including features, benefits, and usage.
Operational Efficiency:
Oversee store operations including cash handling, stock management, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Reporting:
Prepare and analyze sales reports, track performance metrics, and implement strategies to achieve business goals.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Retail Supervisor or similar role in a retail environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with retail management software and basic financial principles.
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or coursework in retail management is a plus.
