Retail Supervisor / Part-Time Retail Staff

Locations:

AMK Farre Park (City Square Mall) Bedok

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support retail staff daily Train new team members and develop their skills Provide top-notch customer service Manage store opening/closing and maintain store standards Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team Handle customer complaints professionally Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's in retail/business is a plus) Retail experience; supervisory experience preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Customer-focused, proactive, and organized Flexible for weekends and public holidays Familiar with POS systems and retail software

Benefits:

Up to

$3,000/month + Supervisor Commission

Working Hours:

Full-Time:

AMK & City Square Mall: 5-Day (11:00 AM-9:00 PM, 2-hr break) / 6-Day option available Bedok: 5-Day (8:30 AM-5:30 PM, 1-hr break) / 6-Day option available

Part-Time:

$10/hour, $12/hour on public holidays Minimum 3 days/week
