Supervise the daily activities of the branch to ensure that customer satisfaction and budget objectives are met. Understands and leads all branch functions; allocates resources appropriately to meet functional and branch goals. Supervises the day-to-day activities of the branch to ensure optimal efficiency operations of the branch. Manage a team of therapist by providing guidance in achieving target. Works closely with management to optimize all aspects of staff performance and development. Follows operating policies/procedures and ensures employee compliance. Responsible for achieving branch sales target.
- Respond to complaints promptly - taking appropriate courses of action to turn unhappy patrons into return guests.


Any other duties as assigned by the Management.

Requirements:

At least 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience. Strong communication skills and love delivering exceptional customer service. * Results-oriented, focused on customers, and passionate about continuous improvement.
