Responsibilities:
Operate store opening and closing procedures of the store
Communicate, monitor store staff assignments, attendance, breaks, and customer service standards as a daily operation.
Conduct bi-annual performance reviews for the store staff, under the guidance of Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
Work closely with the store managerial team and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and implement improvements in the daily operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards, including health and safety regulations and loss prevention protocols.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure that a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained as a role model towards store staff.
Ensure safety and security of the customers and staff within store premises.
Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner, and escalate to the assistant store manager or store manager if required.
Any other duties that may be assigned to you by Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, which are in accordance and related to your job role.
