Job Description
Responsibilities
- \xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfEnsure smooth daily operations of the store.
- \xef\xbb\xbfSupervise a team of Retail Assistants and provide guidance.
- In-charge of P&L of the store or category assigned.
- Roster planning for Retail Assistants.
- Responsible for inventory management, product planning and allocation according to sales and customer demands.
- Maintain housekeeping and merchandising standards are followed.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma or Higher NITEC in any discipline
- At least 2 years of retail sales experience
- Willing to commit retail working hours
