Job Description
Responsibilities:Store Operations
- Managing store activities in accordance with Company\xe2\x80\x99s SOP and guidelines
- Ensuring safe working environment by following in safety guidelines
- Performing alterations
- Ensuring Junior and Senior Retail Associates can communicate and advise customers on the product features effectively.
- Handling customer enquiries / complaints / escalation
- Mentoring, coaching and develop a high performing team in delivering high level of customer service
- Support new retail associates development and training
- GCE \xe2\x80\x98O\xe2\x80\x99 Levels or equivalent
- 3 to 4 years of related working experience
- Experience in leading a retail store
- Able to commit to shift work
