Retail Supervisor | Store Team Lead

Adecco is partnering with fashion brand who are providing affordable and stylish women\'s clothing, who expanded their business in different Asian countries, are looking for a Retail Supervisor | Store Team Lead to join their team!

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overseeing daily store operations and leading a team of retail associates to ensure seamless operations.
• Enforce adherence to company standards in visual merchandising and housekeeping.
• Uphold a high level of personal and team grooming, as well as appropriate conduct.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, fostering a pleasant shopping environment in alignment with our brand image.
• Initiate regular communication with existing and potential customers, nurturing positive customer relationships, and keeping them informed about new products, services, and changes.
• Manage inventory and company assets, proposing inventory orders to the Retail Manager.
• Collaborate closely with the Retail Manager on sales activities and participate in store events.
• Provide continuous feedback to management across various aspects.
• Proactively suggest initiatives to enhance store traffic and engagement in various activities.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role.
• Strong communication skills, and multilingual abilities would be advantageous.
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
