Packing and delivery standards. Attend to order-related enquiries by customers, as well as handle operational exceptions. Ensure online grocery orders are processed accurately and delivered on-time. Supervise and train a team of Retail Assistant in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations and manpower rostering.
