Our client is well known travel retail chain that operate their business in 21 location across 7 countries
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Retail Supervisors develop operation plan for their teams and make sure those plan are executed
- Lead, Manage and Motivate team member
- Preparation and updating duty roster to ensure accuracy in the info tech HRMS Time Management systems
- Coach and train Retail Associate on GLOB+ System usage
- Conduct daily briefing to team member before start of shift duty
- to provide their teams with constructive criticism and be able to help them develop by coaching and teaching different selling related skills.
- Lead by example and excel in customer service merchandise knowledge, selling skills, as well as cashiering.
- manage and improve the SOP and procedure related to inventory management at the assigned store level
- Able to multitask while also keeping the customer happy and satisfied
- excellent customer service and communication skills to meet the organization business objective and exceed customer expectation
- Good leadership skills to effectively oversee and manage the teams
- Supervisor may works variety of hours that might include nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Retail Supervisor may also be required to attend the meetings and conferences
- Any other ad-hoc assignment or project assigned by superior
Job Requirements.
- At least 3 years of retail supervisory experience preferred
- Professional and pleasant personality
- maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in fast paced environment
- Good communication skills and team player
- able to commit rotating shift hour, including public holidays and weekends
