Job Description
- Salary range $2800 to $4600 (Depend on experience)
- 5 days work week (Retail hours, 8 hours Shift)

- In charge of various department, Ladies Fashion/Children-Toys/Branded
- Manage all daily operational duties
- Team leader, providing training of new staff
- Assisting the department manager in developing new merchandise concept and subsequent promotion and marketing of the product
- Manager with Merchandising Experience require
- Study and initiate advertising campaigns, sales promotion, and display plans in liaision with the Marketing Manager, and analyze sales trends to rein in maximum sales
- Diploma/Degree with 2-3 years of retail operations management experience or equivalent
- At least 2 years of managerial exposure.
- Experience in retail operations, liaising with suppliers, merchandising, etc.
- Good interpersonal skills and lively personality
- Applicants must be comfortable to work shift hours.
