The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various frontline retail positions across our locations. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring we have the right talent to maintain our high standards of customer service and operational excellenceWhat you\'ll do:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through online channels, job boards, social media, networking, and other appropriate platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Provide guidance to hiring managers on interviewing techniques and best practices.
• Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and keep candidate records updated.
• Participate in job fairs and other recruiting events to promote the company and attract potential candidates.

You have:

• Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role, preferably in retail or hospitality industries.
• Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative and innovative mindset to navigate challenges in retail hiring
