We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Training Executive. As a Training Executive, you will be responsible for conducting on-site training of new product launches/refreshers to our Field Force/Promoters and Floor Salesman, and providing coaching to improve their sales performance in accordance with Mystery Shopper scoring metrics and in-store customer engagement observations. Conduct on-site training of new product launches/refreshers to Field Force/Promoters and Floor Salesman
Provide coaching to Field Force and Floor Salesman to improve their sales performance in accordance with Mystery Shopper scoring metrics and in-store customer engagement observations
Lead and conduct consumer onboarding sessions and provide recommendations on topics that are relevant to the marketplace
Provide sales service in-store on weekends and collect insights through the sales process, giving timely feedback with recommendations
Provide weekly training reports on promoter/store coverage and include clear documentation of improvement plans to drive towards sales, MSP and NPS goals
Meet or exceed training KPIs including Samsung+ usage by Field Force/Promoters and Floor Salesman
Participate in Field Force/Promoter grading exercise and drive continuous motivation of top talents and improvement of average performers
Assist in co-facilitation of training sessions to Field Force/Promoters and Floor Salesman as required
Assist in the development of training materials with the training team
Assist in any other ad-hoc projects to be led by the training team
Requirements:
Degree/ Diploma holder in Retail/Business/Marketing or related field
Experience in training would be an added advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Strong presentation and communication skills, comfortable with public speaking
Independent and passionate individual, used to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Great interpersonal capabilities with strong influencing skills
Able to drive understanding, give and receive feedback effectively
