Responsibilities

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our retail & Customer Service team. Part Time : 2-4 days’ work week, Required to work on Weekend and Public holidays Full Time : 5 days work week, Required to work on Weekend and Public holidays Retailing Hours: 11 AM - 8 PM Job Scope & Responsibilities -Smile and greet walk in customers -Handle inbound support issues and feedback to customers via chat, sms and calls. -Attending to customers on order details & status -Merchandising Store Display for customer convenience -Attend to Walk In Customer -Any Assigned Duties Who we need -Good standards for verbal communication skills (English). - Positive & Patience -Basic IT knowledge relating to Microsoft office - Courteous and ability to provide great customer service. Beneficial Experience: -Understanding of E-Commerce operations. -Previous experience in supporting POS software. -Able to multitask and perform well under pressure -Experience as a Livechat Agent What we can provide : -Opportunity to convert to full time as our support team grows.
