Build rapport and provide excellent customer service to customers
Assess customers' needs by understanding and reviewing customers' feedback to determine issues with their electronic devices
Provide advice to the customer concerning their device issues, and request approval for advanced repair or extra charges incurred if necessary
Analyze the functional performance of the devices after repairs have been carried out to ensure that they are serviced well
Other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Ideal Skills & Requirements:

Minimum 1 year retail sales experience
Past working experience in IT electronics retail sales would be an added advantage
Possess basic Computer hardware and software troubleshooting, Computer Hardware Assembling and Disassembling, Testing and Diagnostic software skills
Friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
6-day work week (Tuesday - Sunday)
Full-Time/ Part-Time positions available
