Candidate is responsible for managing the company's overall digital marketing campaigns, acquiring traffic and conversions for marketplace/ ecommerce of GWDW and RX platforms, managing corresponding social media accounts, digital marketing campaigns and events to drive platform awareness and monetisation.The person will be required to run media campaigns and drive engagement. Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels. Candidate will be in charge of monitoring and assessing campaigns, measuring the ROI of campaigns and drive sales to the business.Past experience in travel, tours and lifestyle sectors will be a definite advantage.Key KPIs to be achieved by candidate include: Complete research and present an insight report into customer personas for RX2.0 and participate in its UI/ UX development journey Conceptualise, create and launch at least 3 performance driven digital and offline marketing campaigns to launch GWDW portal and RX marketplace Develop a 12-month marketing calendar to launch both GWDW and RX2.0 with clear performance metrices To improve the searchability of both sites on GoogleRoles & Responsibilities Devise marketing campaigns with the intent of creating leads and acquiring customers and building traction for ecommerce and marketplaces Oversee the quality of the content created by copywriters and designers to ensure that brand identity is adhered to Ensure content created is accurate and error-free Continuously assess and report on the results of campaigns and implement improvements where necessaryRequirements Degree in Business/ Digital Marketing/ Media & Communication Min 5-8 years of relevant experience Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
