The Group’s core business comprises the following segments: Specialty Pharma Principals, Proprietary Brands, and Medical Hypermart and Digital. Besides marketing and selling a range of specialty pharmaceutical products in selected ASEAN countries through exclusive distributorship or licensing and supply agreements with brand principals mainly from Europe and the United States, the Group also develops, markets and sells its own proprietary range of dermatological products and health supplement products. DESIGNATION : Growth Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES
Reports To The Growth Manager is part of the management team and reports directly to the Managing Director/Board of Directors.
Job Overview DocMed Technology is a subsidiary of Hyphens Group leading the medtech revolution in Asia. The Growth Manager will streamline and oversee the growing business and expansion across Asia, ensuring a smooth user experience for our clients on our online marketplace.
Responsibilities and Duties

  • Lead, manage and drive the team to develop and execute sales strategies to profitably grow revenues and expand the account base in target markets.
  • Act as a strategic partner, understanding the clients’ marketing and business needs, developing an ongoing roadmap for continued success.
  • Drive effective, accurate, and timely forecasting and pipeline reporting.
  • Work with marketing, pre-sales, partner management and professional services to maximize opportunities and foster cohesive sales strategies.
  • Pipeline development and customer acquisition activities, including direct sales, co-selling with growth team leadership, managing directors, marketing teams, partnership leads and partner growth leads.
  • Identifying areas of new opportunities within current client relationships (white space) under the guidance of client leads.
  • Designing strategies with regional sales team and market leadership to expand within client relationships.
  • Build executive level relationships for new prospects and with present clients.
  • Work closely with product and sales team on meeting client needs to ensure customer acquisition and retention to meet growth targets.


QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications
  • Business leader with 5 - 10 years regional sales experience; ideally in technology or platform-based companies with at least 2 years’ experience in a management position.
  • Strong ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with C-level and Executive decision makers including tech partnership relationships.
  • Responsible for overseeing client relations, contracts, onboarding, renewals, and growth.
  • Knowledge of digital advertising and marketing technology; well-developed product sensibility and experience translating technical information to non-technical individuals.
  • Track-record of collaboration across a large organization to deliver to expectations.
  • Experience using measurement and analytics to position performance data to illustrate impact.
  • Demonstrated success in a high-pressured commission driven environment, with a history of converting leads and achieving revenue targets.
