Job Description
Job Summary:
- To champion revenue maximization initiatives in Rooms & Banqueting and create the Revenue Management process in hotel,
- To lead cross-functional decision-marking of all revenue generating departments including Sales & Marketing, Catering, Spa and Food & Beverage department,
- Be responsible for competitive intelligence,
- To facilitate strategic competitive intelligence,
- To facilitate strategic competitive practices through scientific decision support tools.
