Revenue Manager

Summary of Responsibilities:

The main responsibilities and tasks of this position are as listed below, but not limited to these:

• Maximize overall Hotel revenue
• Implement Yield Management Strategies
• Strategic responsibility for Property Management System and Revenue Management System
• Analyze market conditions and trends
• Operate in compliance with the Corporate and Hotel Standards
• Provide education and revenue optimizing training to relevant people such as FO, Reservations, Sales and F&B
• Regular and periodic forecasting & budgeting
• Coordinate and oversee the accuracy and timely submission of revenue reports
• Attend all relevant meetings
• Manage group pricing and statuses with Sales Team
• Comply with all Hotel Policies and Procedures

• Minimum GCE \xe2\x80\x98A\xe2\x80\x99 level, University degree preferred
• Minimum 2 years of luxury hotel experience
• Proven ability to guide and coach team members
• Possess drive, initiative and must be able to work independently
