Job Description


We are currently working with a renowned Real Estate Property Manager to help bring in a Revenue Marketing Executive with an expertise in Retail Casual Leasing to add value to the organization. Key Responsibilties:
- Working closely with the team manager to plan, package, and market revenue channels across platforms and sites.
- Driving partnerships and collaborations to bring iconic, thematic, or first-ever events into the retail mall.
- Generating sales leads through cold calling, responding to new enquiries, collaborating with media and event agencies, and partnering with third parties.
- Achieving year-on-year revenue growth through meaningful and value-driven solutions that offer diverse reach to shoppers for advertisers and brands.
- Proactively generating new ideas and being innovative.
- Supporting with marketing and managing ad site bookings/renewals for onsite and digital platforms.
- Being the key liaison for client account management, including the clearance of concept, content, and creative for revenue channels.
- Assisting in all enquiries and follow-ups with vendors on maintenance operatable requirements in the mall.
- Following up with onboarding of new tenants.
- Having knowledge of digital marketing, including understanding analytics and providing recommendations (a bonus).
- Building and maintaining strong stakeholder relations to meet all business objectives.
- Working closely with vendors, event organizers, and internal departments to ensure a smooth handover and takeover of revenue channels and platforms where required.
- Supporting administrative work and follow-ups.
- Managing any ad-hoc related duties and special projects as assigned.

Key Requirements:
- A degree or diploma in Marketing/Business Management or any relevant discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in media sales and existing contacts with advertisers, media agencies, and resellers.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Meticulous, detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays when required.
- Ability to handle high-volume workloads, concurrent projects, and deadlines effectively with minimal supervision.
- Possess initiative with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Confident, reliable, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Good written and oral communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Meticulous with a keen eye for details.
- Experience in a retail environment preferred.
