ABOUT THIS ROLE

As the Revenue Marketing Manager, you\'ll work to gain a strong understanding of Circles X platform, our product feature set, competitor space, and develop powerful narratives that bring our telco platform to life.

Your focus will span the entire customer funnel, relentlessly driving reach, engagement, and positive sentiment within your identified audience segments, lead generation, growth and optimization. You\'ll work closely with the product line owner, commercial teams, product managers, designers, and other marketers to develop growth strategies, plans, programs and tools to meet your objectives.

WHAT YOU\'LL DO

  • Own the marketing lead generation engine and ABM activities (with support of many other functions)
  • Develop and unify our product narrative from a marketing perspective, and positioning that differentiates our strategy, products and features by understanding our client needs (at all executive levels), product roadmap, market trends, and competitive forces
  • Gain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape for our target segment, uncovering opportunities and pitfalls for the broader team as a whole
  • Create strategies to drive product growth, partnering with sales through the sales funnel from awareness, adoption, through to advocacy
  • Create and implement enablement strategies and tools to support the commercial organization and outcomes
  • Support the annual planning of objectives, priorities, targets and budget, providing insightful summaries on how we\'re tracking against those annual plans and generating ideas on how to close the gaps and accelerate growth
  • Working with senior marketing leadership to build the vision of making Circles a thought leader in the telco SaaS space by leveraging content, marketing channels, and internal and external followership for our mission
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Minimum of 6 years experience in a marketing, product marketing, or product role. Ideally, you\'ll have spent some time working in more than one of these three.
  • A strong understanding of marketing B2B and B2B2C SaaS products
  • Experience helping drive global business, product, and product marketing strategy
  • Experience marketing to upmarket and enterprise audiences
  • Experience with a growth company or growth business unit
  • A strong interest in learning about the telco industry and digital transformation
  • Experience using data/analytics to measure the impact of your work in the context of the business priorities
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Ability to influence and be resourceful.
  • Experience of working closely with commercial teams (sales, demand generation and business development)
