We are delighted to be retained by a leading international Reward Consulting organization with a strong market presence spanning across more than 100+ countries. Driven by the principles of high performance, collaboration, and innovation, the organisation consists of a comprehensive and market leading suite of Reward & Performance and broader Human Capital Consulting services. Their Total Rewards consulting business in particular, has received a number of awards in recognition of their growth, investment, and their in-depth expertise in this space. As a result, the client is seeking to appoint a Director-level rewards consulting professional to join their rapidly expanding Rewards Practice. This role will be based in Singapore.

Reporting into the Regional Head of Rewards & Performance (Partner), the Director will be responsible for growing the consulting business in Singapore and across the broader Asia region, working closely with Regional Leadership and broader consulting practice leads to align regarding priorities. This includes developing and leading the associated thought leadership, marketing, and sales efforts, while also managing projects end-to-end. Furthermore, you will lead, manage, and develop a team of high performing and talented management consultants (all levels) operating in a busy and varied role.

You will be currently operating as a Reward Director in another client facing Rewards and / or Human Capital organisation. More specifically, you will have solid Total Rewards, Executive Compensation, HR Analytics and / or Human Capital Consulting experience. You will have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, working directly with global and regional leaders across MNC\xe2\x80\x99s and start-ups.

You will be self-motivated, enjoy operating in a busy and varied role, being comfortable operating in a highly commercial and performance driven environment within a collaborative team, managing a number of projects in parallel end-to-end.
