As Rewards Deployment Manager, M&A and Projects you will work closely with Global Rewards COE team members to ensure regional deployment of specific Rewards projects (with focus on M&A and integrations) ensuring full coordination with the regional Rewards Deployment Managers.
You’ll leverage experience and deep knowledge along with an ability to build trust and respect to analyze and develop implementation plans for complex projects ensuring needed buy in and role clarity among the entire PPO organization.
A key to succeeding in this role will be balancing between significant complexity and diversity across countries and brands in the region, ensure compliance with relevant regulations and working towards providing an aligned employee experience. Key responsibilities
You will take the lead on the deployment of Rewards projects and ensure our Rewards tools are used to create positive business outcomes and people impact.
