You can expand your reach and build relationships with new customers using popular preferred local payment methods such as PayNow, DuitNow, ViettelMoney, and more–all while removing the risk and fees associated with accepting credit cards. The company's total user base, consisting of both consumers and businesses, is targeted to reach 10 million by the end of 2024 from 500,000 currently. The growing global demand for crypto and fiat currency settlements has doubled XanPool's gross merchandise value to $8 billion this year. About Role: We are looking for an experienced Strategy Manager to run and manage the communication with potential and existing investors, managing the potential M&A opportunities, along with supporting the strategic decision-making process. This is a broad role and will play a vital part in delivering the next phase of growth, organically and through targeted acquisitions. This role requires an acute business intuition, the ability to perform in-depth competitive analysis, and strong problem-solving skills. Strong management skills are also needed. You will report directly to the CEO. What you'll do:

• Communication with potential and existing investors:
  • Prepare the dataroom and co-ordinate the fundraising process both internally and externally
  • Prepare and present consistent and concise presentations for the leadership team and Board.
  • Support negotiating fundraising term-sheets and financial agreements.
• Managing the M&A activities for XanPool:
  • Sourcing, analysing, and evaluating infrastructure M&A opportunities;
  • Coordination of an extensive due diligence process;
  • Support on negotiation of key transaction documents with legal advisors and counterparties;
  • Support the post-completion integration.
• Leading the strategic decision-making process
  • Developing deep expertise in our products and market trends by performing internal and external research and insights collection to identify key areas for further company growth.
  • Building business plans, financial models, and executive-level presentations for strategic initiatives.
  • Define and monitor success KPIs with all key stakeholders, and own the performance management process that measures and evaluates progress against XanPool's strategy
  • Supporting the development of long-term organizational strategy.
  • Assessing market trends and competitors; identifying threats and opportunities.

• BSc/BA in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MSc/MA/MBA is a plus
• 5+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate development, private equity or venture capital firms.
• Experience with Fintech or Crypto, Banking & Payments is a big plus
• Experience in the growth stage start-ups is a big advantage
• Excellent understanding of business operations and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven client engagement experience and stakeholder management.
• Experience of working in a fast-paced environment and within tight deadlines and shifting priorities, whilst remaining resilient and highly effective
