Job Description
This will be a permanent position based in Jurong East
Responsibilities:
RF, analog ICs, CMOS transceivers design and development. Circuit simulations Work with Layout Engineers to complete layout design. Testing and validation of IC designs. Optimize performance. Design processes and results documentation. Design of sub-blocks such as LNA, Mixer, PA, VCO, Fractional-N PLL, ADPLL, and filters at the transistor level.
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Experience in RF/analog IC design and in CMOS transceiver design. Experience designing sub-blocks like LNA, Mixer, PA, VCO, Fractional-N PLL, ADPLL, and filters at the transistor level. Proficiency in using EDA tools such as Virtuoso, Spectre, EMX, HFSS, or similar. Knowledge of RF principles and analog circuit design. Good problem-solving skills Attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
